Condensed Transcripts

We provide a condensed transcript with a keyword index to all parties ordering a copy of the deposition free of charge.  We can provide this service in many forms, for example, four condensed pages per side up to sixteen pages per side, duplexed.  All Original and Certified copies of depositions include a keyword index at the end of the deposition to quickly and easily locate a particular word in the deposition.  The index informs the attorney on which page and line number the word can be located.  This is a great time saving device for the attorneys and their support staff.

Rough Draft

At the conclusion of the deposition, any party to the action may request a rough, unedited copy of the transcript in ASCII format.  Please refer to the California Code of Civil Procedure section 2025 (r)(2) as to your limitations of use of this service.
